At A Guided Rise, our mission is to empower individuals, couples, and organzations with the tools and insight needed to thrive emotionally and relationally. Through compassionate, mental health-informed coaching, we foster stronger connections, healthier communication, and emotionally intelligent environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

A Guided Rise" reflects the belief that growth is possible when we are supported, seen, and equipped with the right tools. Whether you're an individual navigating life transitions, a couple rebuilding trust, or an organization striving for emotionally intelligent leadership, rising into your next chapter doesn’t have to be done alone.
The “rise” symbolizes empowerment, elevation, and transformation. “Guided” speaks to the collaborative, client-centered nature of the work — you're in control of your path, and I’m here to offer grounded support, skills, and insight along the way.
This name honors both the courage it takes to grow and the power of intentional guidance. It’s not about being fixed — it’s about being lifted.

Being trauma-informed isn’t just a method—it’s a mindset I bring into every space I hold.
My approach is rooted in an understanding of how trauma shows up in the body, in behaviors, and in the parts of ourselves that feel silenced, overworked, or shut down. I pay attention to the nervous system, to what feels safe or not, and to the importance of honoring choice and autonomy at every step.
Through years of clinical work and deep listening, I’ve seen how often people move through life without ever being given the space to heal, to pause, or to reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. My role is not to fix—but to guide, support, and help remove the internal barriers that make growth feel out of reach.
You are the expert on your life. I’m here to walk with you, offer tools, and help you rise—on your terms, in your time.
