📜 Payment Policies

 

Payment Methods
Credit/debit card, PayPal, ACH transfer, or invoice (for schools/organizations).

 

                                                     When Payment is Due

Coaching packages: Payment is required at booking.

 

Consulting contracts: 50% deposit required to reserve dates; balance due upon delivery.

 

                                             Cancellations & Rescheduling

        Individuals & couples: 24-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be                                                                charged in full.

 

                Organizations: 7 business days’ notice required for rescheduling trainings.

                                                                Refunds

            Coaching packages are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be         rescheduled within 3 months.

 

        Consulting deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services within 6          months.

Accessibility
A limited number of reduced-rate slots are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire if this would make services more accessible to you.
