Relational, Emotional and Organizational Coaching and Consulting

Payment Policies

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, PayPal, or invoice (available for schools, organizations, and approved business clients).

Payment Schedule

Individuals & Couples Coaching

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Coaching packages must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan before services begin.

Consulting & Organizational Services

A signed service agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve workshop dates, trainings, or consulting services. The remaining balance is due prior to the final scheduled service unless otherwise outlined in the service agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individuals & Couples

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of A Guided Rise.

Schools & Organizations

Please provide at least 7 business days' notice if you need to reschedule a workshop, training, or consulting session. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to additional fees depending on preparation, travel, and scheduling commitments.

Refund Policy

Individuals & Couples Coaching

Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions may be rescheduled and used within three (3) months of the original purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Consulting & Organizational Services

Consulting deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time for planning, preparation, and scheduling. Deposits may be applied toward future services within six (6) months, subject to availability.

Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the agreed-upon due date may result in a temporary pause in services until payment is received.

Travel & On-Site Services

For in-person services outside the standard service area, travel fees or related expenses may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon before services are scheduled.

Accessibility

A Guided Rise is committed to making coaching services as accessible as possible. A limited number of reduced-rate coaching spots may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire if financial assistance would make services more accessible to you.
